BWI's Founder & CEO, Stacie Stewart, has a track record of delivering hundreds of award-winning residential and commercial projects in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area as a general contractor, subcontractor, construction manager, and/or consultant. Stacie Stewart, CEO

Stacie Stewart is a proven residential and commercial builder since 2000. She has successfully built and serviced the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has been featured in the Fort Worth business press numerous times as one of the top area home builders and developers. Tarrant County also listed her as one of the best women-owned businesses in the area, and she was featured on WFAA-TV Channel 8. She has completed hundreds of projects in the DFW area and built and sold millions of dollars in real estate, but what brings her even greater satisfaction is giving back to the community. Stacie enjoys mentoring aspiring real estate investors and entrepreneurs.

Sidney Thompson, VP of Construction

Sidney Thompson is a visionary leader in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Construction. With a career marked by dedication and expertise, Sidney has risen to the forefront of the field, steering projects to unparalleled success. His extensive knowledge, honed over years of hands-on experience, equips him to navigate the intricacies of construction with precision and innovation. Sidney's commitment to excellence is underscored by his ability to foster collaborative, high-performance teams and ensure projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also exceed client expectations. Stacie Smith, VP of Development

Stacie Smith serves as the Vice President of Development for BWI Contractors. Stacie specializes in locating new lots for development, creating strategic business partnerships, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Stacie's expertise also includes interior design, ensuring that every project meets high aesthetic standards while remaining functional and marketable. Stacie's well-rounded background allows her to drive innovation and success in every project she undertakes.

Reggi Sturns, Design & Project Manager

Reggi Sturns is a specialist in Pre-Construction consulting and Interior Architecture Design, dedicated to partnering with Luxury Builders to optimize their Return On Investment. Her secret formula lies in strategic pre-planning and value engineering of interior design features before ground is even broken, ensuring projects remain within budget while exceeding clients' design expectations. A graduate of The University of Oklahoma with international experience from her studies in Birmingham, England, Reggi harmoniously blends her unwavering commitment to precision with an endless well of creative inspiration. She excels in effective communication and seamless collaboration with Investors, Realtors, Builders, and Homeowners. Reggi's true passion lies in crafting environments that authentically reflect the unique lifestyles of those who inhabit them.
